Accelerator CBS

Performance:

Soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, slightly soluble in ethanol and petrol. Insoluble in water.

Application:

CBS is a delayed accelerator, with good anti-scorching quality, and a short vulcanizing duration, which would improve the tensile stress of vulcanization. Minor discoloration, no blooming, superior antioxidant quality of vulcanization. When applied, adding zinc oxide and stearic acid are necessary to strengthen the effect of TMTD, TMTM, ZDMC, DPG or other alkaline accelerators that are used as second accelerator, as well as being activated by MBT and MBTS.

Accelerator DCBS

Performance:

Soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, carbontetrachloride, petrol, ethyl acetate, ethanol,insoluble in water.

Application:

DCBS is a delayed accelerator of good dispersion quality in rubber, the scorching duration is long, which could improve the safety of operation. Suitable for the rubber that need large amount of high active reinforcer. Due to the bitterness, it's unsuitable for the product contacting with food. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tire, rubber tape, shock absorption products and radial tire.

Accelerator MBTS

Performance:

Slightly soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, acetone, ethanol, ether, insoluble in water, ethyl acetate, petrol and alkali. Flammable when catching on open fire.

Application:

MBTS is a common accelerator for natural rubber, synthesis rubber and reclaimed rubber, which is easy to spread in rubber, no contamination. Vulcanized rubber has good antioxidant quality, but bitter, unsuitable for the rubber products contacting with food. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tire, rubber tube, rubber tape, general industrial rubber products.

Accelerator TBBS

Performance:

Soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol,petrol, insoluble in water.

Application:

TBBS is used as delayed active accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. Safe, especially suitable for radial tire, with high delay and high curing rate. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tire, tube, rubber tape, shoes, cable, etc.

Performance:

Easily soluble in dichloromethane, acetone,soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, acetic acid, ethanol, ethylacetate, ether, slightly soluble in petrol, insoluble in water.

Application:

MBS(NOBS) is a delayed active vulcanization accelerator,short curing time, high anti-scorching quality and safe processing. Physical and antioxidant quality of vulcanized rubber are superior. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tire, tube, shoes, rubber tape, conveyor belt, etc.

Accelerator TMTD

Performance:

Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in ethanol and ether. Insoluble in water, dilute alkali, petrol. It is has no odor, but stimulus to respiratory passage and skin, therefore should avoid sucking into the dust of this material and contacting with eyes or skin. Storage is stable.

Application:

TMTD is used as ultra accelerator for natural rubber and synthesis rubber and latex rubber, also is a good secondary accelerator for thiazole accelerator and could also perform acceleration together with other accelerators for continuous vulcanizing rubber. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tire, tire tube, shoes, medical devices, cable, industrial products, etc.

TMTD

Accelerator ZMBT (MZ)

Performance:

Soluble in chloroform, acetone, partly soluble in benzene, ethanol, CCl4, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. Decomposing when meeting strong acid and strong alkali.

Application:

ZMBT (MZ) is used for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. It is a secondary accelerator in combination with PZ and EZ. Similar performance as MBT at curing temperature in dry rubber application. Suitable for mold curing. Requires zinc oxide and stearic acid as activators in many kinds of rubber batches. Easily disperses in rubber, yields non-staining and non-discoloring products. Mainly used in latex products, foam rubber, latex coating gloves, etc. Can be used in medical or food related rubber products.
