Natural Rubber SVR 3L

This type of rubber is widely used in engineerings or products in daily life. Constant viscosity, flexibility, adhesion have proved the rubber as one of the most liked types of rubber in domestic market and in the world.

Application:

Due to constant viscosity and flexibility, CV (constant viscosity) rubber is liked by manufacturers. The flexibility is convenient for lamination (low energy, good synthesis of substances in a mixture, high adhesion) to create a good and uniform product.

SVR 3L is used to manufacture rubber bands, glue, lateral surface of tyres, racket surface.

Natural Rubber SVR20

Materials used to produce rubber is auxiliary latex (coagulum latex, bowl latex, braid latex). These latexes are mixed with one another according to a appropriate proportion to create quality products. Specifications of this rubber include Po index, impurities content, plasticity retention index, ash content, volatile matter content, nitrogen content. Difference among materials used to manufacture this rubber require a closer control quality of grades from the latices (SVRL, CV) and a more meticulous blend. Producing block rubber from auxiliary latices must be done through a lot of steps: preliminary cleaning of materials, cutting into small pieces, chopping into smaller pieces (reducing size), drying.

Application:

SVR20 is produced from coagulum latex, miscellaneous latex and through a skilful process, so the rubber is tough. Therefore, this rubber is mixed with low-grade RSS, CV50 to manufacture very good products. Additionaly, it's possible to combine this rubber with grades of latex to create GP (general purpose) products in order to meet basic requirements of tyre production.

Additionaly, it's possible to combine SVR10 rubber with grades of latex to create GP (general purpose) products in order to meet basic requirements of tyre production.

Natural Rubber RSS1

Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) has advantages of cleanness, color and doesn't contain defects such as air bubble that can be seen with naked eyes. It's important to guarantee purity to produce RSS rubber.

It's necessary to supply clean water to dilute latex and to clean during the time of forming rubber sheets. It's necessary to collect latex early to avoid quick formation of coagulum and it's possible to use popular anti-freeze agents such as Na2SO3. Intake of using anti-freeze agent may be various depending on condition but not more than 0.05% in case of dry rubber.

There are some freezing methods, it's possible to freeze into separate blocks by using a freezing kettle or it's possible to freeze into continuous sheets.

After transporting latex to the factory, take a sample of material DRC to check; there are many methods of checking, the most popular method is now to check TSC quickly, then convert into DRC with a comparison table.

Application:

Due to characteristic conditions and manufacturing method, RSS rubber is widely used in engineerings such as manufacturing tire surface.

RSS rubber is formed into sheets so the rubber is of high tensile force and less aging than granulated rubber. Therefore, this rubber is suitable for producing products which require high tear resistance, wear resistance and hardness.
